This winter, we are thrilled to welcome guests to Pom Thai Courchevel, our first alpine home, right in the heart of Courchevel 1850. After more than a decade of building a loyal following on the shores of Ibiza; among travellers, food lovers, creatives and wine enthusiasts it felt natural to bring our flavour, atmosphere and hospitality to one of Europe’s most exciting winter destinations.
Our journey began in 2014 in Ibiza, where Pom Thai became known for a warm, unpretentious dining experience rooted in authentic Thai cuisine, artful ambience and wine‑led hospitality. At our core, we’ve always believed that great food should be shared in a welcoming space, whether over long summer nights by the sea or against the snowy backdrop of the Alps.
When we decided to open in Courchevel 1850, we brought with us everything that defines Pom Thai: a menu crafted with respect for ancient Thai techniques, a carefully curated wine list drawn from passionate small producers, and a setting designed for connection and comfort. Natural wood accents and curated art pieces create a serene yet stylish retreat, ideal for a gourmet dinner after a day on the slopes, a relaxed evening with friends, or an intimate night out.
Our Courchevel menu reflects the philosophy that has always guided us: balance, depth of flavour, and hospitality that feels personal and genuine. Each dish is prepared with care, drawing on traditional Thai recipes and elevated with thoughtful presentation. We also ensure there are plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten‑free options so every guest can experience the richness of our cuisine.
Wine is much more than an accompaniment for us, it’s part of the story. We select every bottle to enhance the flavours on the table and bring a narrative of terroir and craft to your meal. From bold reds to crisp whites, our list is designed to complement and elevate the dining experience.
